A calm space to feel like yourself again.
Whatever you're carrying — stress, low mood, anxiety, grief, or a season that's simply hard — our psychologists work alongside your GP to support you, at your own pace and in your own language.
People come to us for all kinds of reasons.
You don't need a crisis, or the right words, to book. If something's been weighing on you, that's reason enough. Some of the things we support people with:
How it works — step by step.
Getting started is easier than most people expect. Here's the whole path, so there are no surprises.
Start with a GP
Book a longer appointment with one of our doctors and talk through what's been going on.
Get a care plan
If it's right for you, your GP prepares a Mental Health Treatment Plan — this unlocks Medicare rebates.
Meet your psychologist
We match you with a psychologist, including in Cantonese or Mandarin where possible, and book your first session.
Work at your pace
Up to 10 Medicare-rebated sessions each calendar year, if eligible, with your GP checking in along the way.
What to expect, so you can relax.
- It's a conversation, not a test.Your first session is simply getting to know you and what you'd like help with.
- You set the pace. You never have to share more than you're ready to. There's no pressure.
- It stays private. What you share is confidential, within the safety limits your psychologist will explain.
- Sessions run about 50 minutes.Come as you are — there's nothing you need to prepare or bring.
A familiar face, ready to listen.
