Good to know

Your questions, answered.

Do I need a referral to see the physiotherapist?
No referral is needed to book privately. If you have a chronic condition, your GP may prepare a care plan (EPC) that provides Medicare-subsidised physiotherapy visits.
Can I claim on private health insurance?
Yes — if your policy includes extras cover for physiotherapy, you can usually claim a rebate. Bring your health fund card and we'll process it on the spot where possible.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and bring any relevant scans, referrals or a care plan if you have one.
Can I see a physiotherapist who speaks my language?
Our team cares for patients in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Let reception know your preferred language when you book.
