Good to know

Your questions, answered.

Do I need a referral to see the podiatrist?
No referral is needed to book privately. If you have diabetes or a chronic condition, your GP may prepare a care plan (EPC) that provides Medicare-subsidised podiatry visits.
Do you do diabetic foot checks?
Yes — regular diabetic foot assessments help protect circulation and sensation and catch problems early. Your GP can include podiatry in a chronic disease care plan.
Can I claim on private health insurance?
Yes — if your policy includes extras cover for podiatry, you can usually claim a rebate. Bring your health fund card and we'll process it on the spot where possible.
Can I see a podiatrist who speaks my language?
Our team cares for patients in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Let reception know your preferred language when you book.
