About Dr Gao
Michelle completed her medical degree at Western Sydney University and a Master of Medicine in Critical Care, and worked in emergency medicine — including at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital — before moving into general practice. That background gives her a calm, careful approach and a sharp eye for the things that matter.
She enjoys the continuity of family medicine and building long-term relationships with her patients. Dr Gao is currently on leave; our other doctors would be glad to look after you in the meantime.
